These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Pressbear platform (“Pressbear”, “we”, “us”), operated by Deltadroplet, LLC. By registering for or using Pressbear, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Pressbear provides an online marketplace that facilitates the placement of articles and content on third-party publisher websites through the Pressbear application (the “Platform”). Pressbear does not own or control third-party websites and is not a publisher of submitted content.
These Terms apply exclusively to all services offered via the Pressbear Platform. Any deviating or conflicting terms apply only if expressly agreed to in writing by Pressbear.
Pressbear services are available only to individuals and legal entities acting in a commercial or professional capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
Registration constitutes an offer to use the Platform. Access is granted once confirmed by Pressbear via email.
Orders placed through the Platform (“booking requests”) are binding once submitted, but may be declined by Pressbear or the relevant publisher. A binding contract for publication is formed directly between the participant and the publisher upon acceptance.
All contracts via the Platform are concluded in English.
Participants are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and originality of submitted content. You agree not to submit content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights and agree to indemnify Pressbear against resulting claims.
Pressbear does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform or specific publication outcomes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Pressbear is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Pressbear processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy. Use of the Platform requires consent to such processing.
Pressbear may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be provided at least two (2) weeks before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after this period constitutes acceptance.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Orders rejected by Pressbear or the publisher are fully refundable. Once an order is delivered, refunds are not available unless a valid objection is submitted within seven (7) days.
If a publication is removed or the publisher’s website becomes permanently unavailable, Pressbear will work toward a fair resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at the registered headquarters of Deltadroplet, LLC.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that most closely reflects the original intent.
